We are studying broadband LED by controlling the energy level of QDs. In the arrayed waveguide structure fabricated by selective MOVPE, the energy levels are controlled each array waveguide. Furthermore, the height of QDs are controlled by the double-cap procedure during QDs growth. We have obtained broadband LED where the wavelength bandwidth had more than 400nm.
